Hot stones will help warm and loosen your muscles and soft tissue. If desired, Guided Meditation with breathing can be utilized during your massage session; Lisa is a certified yoga teacher. Then the deeper tissue will be targeted to help relieve muscle tension and pain. You are welcome to choose different Massage techniques in combination to get maximum health benefits, such as Deep Stretching Thai Massage Session (stretch pants will need to be worn during this massage), an Acupuncture Session, or Deep-Feet Bar Session. You will **feel great - a new 'YOU' after this massage!

Sarah Hoffnung, C. Ac. is a Wisconsin State Certified Acupuncturist, as well as a Nationally Board Certified Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (NCCAOM.) She graduated from Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in 2006, with a Master of Science degree in Oriental Medicine. Prior to that she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Engineering from Northwestern University. She has over 10 years of experience in successfully treating chronic and acute pain, anxiety, sleep disorders, digestive disorders, depression and many other chronic and acute health conditions.
